Bookings aren't usually used to explain added time, are they? I've certainly never seen it done before.

Generally it's accepted 30secs per goal, and per substitution, but even that is just guidance, not a set amount. Time is only supposed to be added on for particularly long substitutions/goal celebrations not for every one, and as much as is used - if a sub is quick not much time is added on, if it's particularly slow, more than 30 can be added. I don't really remember if we were particularly slow with our subs or getting back for kick off after conceding, if so, that coule have been more than 30secs.

Referees are supposed to add time for any time wasting - every free kick, throw in, corner, goal kick. They haven't seemed to in the past when we've been chasing an equaliser, but they often do with us defending a lead. I think the average of added on time for our last four/five matches is over ten minutes (first and second halves combined).
