45p for someone to collect an envelope you drop in a red box randomly positioned throughout the city, sort it, then deliver it to the door of the recipient potentially 100's of miles away is not bad value for money IMHO.

Currently it's 41p for First Class normal size letter.

It was £5.40 for two books of six stamps. That's 45p per stamp. Was I over-charged? ???

Would have done normally but figured it would look a bit tight on wedding invites. :jester:

I'm with Jack Dee on this one: Try and deliver it yourself. Go to the railway station tell them you've got 45p and see how far you f***ing get.
