My wife and kids went to Edinburgh last week for a few days and I basically just spent every evening glued to porn hub and raiding the fridge and cupboards eating anything and everything that wasn't nailed down. Jar of open gherkins that haven't been touched for a couple of years? That'll do nicely, now where are those stale, broken cream crackers I just saw? It was madness. I seriously reckon that if I lived on my own I'd be a Channel Five documentary within six months.

Does anyone else keep singing the thread title to the tune of "99 Red Balloons" ?

This

Nothing better than a good old binge on a particular foodstuff. Can't say I've ever eaten custard creams to the point of exploding but if it's there, I'll eat it (maltesers and M&Ms are probably the worst things for me). We had a team offsite meeting last week at one of those corporate 'office suite' places, and all they do is bombard you with snacks at every conceivable opportunity. Breakfast on arrival, coffee break cakes and biscuits, a small pick ' mix stand there permanently, 3 course lunch, afternoon cakes etc etc. Spent the whole week eating crap - they particularly had mini millionaire's shortbread pieces that were fantastic - I literally felt sick on one day I'd eaten so many :lolol::lolol::lolol:
