It says he didn't oppose the football banning order. Sounds to me a bit like a plea bargain - perhaps they went easy on him re. the "big bag of cannabis" and said they wouldn't do him for possession with intent to supply if he didn't contest the banning order.

The Magistrate said that given the history between the clubs this could have started a riot.

Seems a tad harsh to me but may explain why everyone is silent during games
