Just mentioned it on a previous thread but looking at Brighton in the last few months I think they are 3-4 players short of being 3-4 places higher in the table.
They have some great "Championship" players but could just do with that little bit of Premier League class. I.E. A Federichi, an Ian Harte, a Barry Robson and a Ricky Lambert/Jason Roberts.
Imagine the impact 3-4 players like this could have alongside Vicente etc.
If Gus can create a "Premier League Class" spine to this team in time for next season he could deliver Premier league football to the Amex.
