Depends how you are defining "hard" but I would have to go with the African Elephant. I know that they aren't in the habit of picking a fight or maiming stuff but nothing and nobody takes them on. Everything in the animal kingdom gives them a wide berth. Respect.

What animal has killed more animals than the human? Humans are savage. this whole post is wrong....you're mixing up the ability to survive/intelligence with hardness

being hard is not inventing a gun and killing an animal with it....i'd love to see a man kill a polar bear without a weapon....not going to happen though is it
