2 Wins and a Loss

so for the three games in the seven days you have the choice of picking two we WIN, and one we LOSE. would you sacrifice 3 points against leeds and GUARANTEEING 3 against palace for the liverpool victory in the cup?

i thought about this and i can see the attraction but personally it's the two league games for me. i have a few more leeds mates which helps.

I would happily lose 6v0 to Liverpool if it meant we beat Palace mind.

It's a toughie, as the buzz and kudos of beating the Scousers would be immense, and might generate a lot of impetus for the rest of the season. Would that even be 'worth' more than 3 points – for morale, club spirit, excitement etc, that might then translate into other games?

But ultimately I've been practical. And gone for Leeds/Palace.

I will pick the league over any other game any day of the week. Personally I hope we pick a second string side and give a good account of ourselves against Liverpool but loose in 90 minutes. Then beat Leeds and Palace with style and flair that has Mr Claridge dribbling into his tea.
