It makes no difference to me. I didn't pay the Idiot Tax in the first place.

No one moans about it being £2 for the Health Lottery or the Postcode Lottery though.

what annoys me most about that bl***y live draw is the
need for two independent adjudicators standing like lemons ....it's complete
b******s - there just to give the impression of professionalism.

You wouldn't beleive the number of people that write in saying that the lottery draw has been faked. Anything that stops that is worthwhile, but yes they are a bit pointless. As to is the fact that the presenter starts the draw by hitting a button. It's actually the guy next to the machine.

Changing all the prize amounts so it appears you can win more than you used to has one drawback -> put the price up and how many lotto players will decide to tell Camelot where to stick it ?

Hardly any because almost every one of you will be saying to yourselves "But what if my numbers come up and I haven't got a ticket?"

Well it's a pain in the backside because like so much else we know its driven by corporate greed. Much, much more troubling for me is that so many of you won't buy anymore tickets...... this could seriously erode my future jackpot payout :O
