I suspect they are already panicking with no wickets falling on day three, the likelihood of ten wickets falling in days 4 and 5 is slim.

You forget that it is England batting.
If the bowlers can't get them out with great deliveries, our batsmen get themselves out with poor shots.

Broad and wood would have given us pace, but not real raw pace. We need the batters to bat well this innings and we may hang it out. Sussex have a couple of decent quicks but they need to persuade the selectors they are better than what is there now
