Morning all,

We sold our tickets for the Tottenham home game in the 1901 west as we were away on holiday.

They re-sold straight away on the ticket exchange but we only got a refund of around £43 per ticket.

I thought the refund was 1/19th of the season price or is it different for the 1901

That seems quite low, Perhaps it depends on your seat location?

It’s in the West middle, Donatello lounge.

Seat was on the exchange for £120 each.

Think you need to check on that then, we got £77 each for the Spurs game we couldn’t go to.

A pure guess, but I suspect the denominator isn't 19: 1901 seats include cup games - I wonder if they've included an estimate for the number of home cup games and added it to 19? Also, I suspect there's a fixed admin charge for every transaction?
