I take it that's a question? And in answer, it is an open thread which I hoped would gather momentum and together we can list 100 reasons, where's the fun in doing it all on my own?



That simply isn't true, whereas the average Croydon tower block will have taken over 9 litres of urine down the walls and corridors in any one week.



Again your punctuation and grammar let you down. Here in Sussex we have what are known as schools to teach us such simple rules.

All you have to do is note the amount of tourists in brighton esp in the summer- and foreign students that come over to study here.

- Im sorry, but croydon is a f####ng dump. Its rough as f###, i feel safe walking around brighton at any time (esp after being up at manchester at unifor 2 years!!)
- our clubs win hands down,
- you're far less likely to get your head kicked in for accidently stepping on someones foot in a crowded brighton club,
- our girls have CLASS,
- we have beautiful countryside on our doorstep,
- the people of our fair city are in general very friendly,
- its a very laid back city,
- theres a distinct lack of pikey burbery trackie wearing scum when walking around brighton,
- the BEACH! on a sunny day is lovely
- the pier
- the sea
- brightons by far prettier (croydons a concrete jungle)
- The lanes
- brightons a very multicultural city
- brightons not in london! (thats gotta count as a reason why its better?!)
- the boardwalk
- our accents nowhere near as harsh
- we have lots of green open spaces
- brightons the setting of many radio 1 parties etc, norman cooks beach boutique (when it was on)
- people that come and visit brighton love it
- better q of life
- the views at sunset
- the setting for a few big movies
- brighton is very rich in history (an old fishing village etc)
- plenty of famous people live in/around brighton & hove
- the pavillion
- danny and nikki in the morning... (on now im clutching at straws!)


Im sure theres more.

Im sorry but brighton wins hands down. no contest. croydons a dump. Brighton and proud! miss it so much when up at uni.

Actually I'm not from public school at all. I just went to a normal school where we had normal lessons and learned normal things.

Seriously though, I'd recommend it as a source of education. You should try it Croydonbloke. Or don't they have schools in Croydon?

I`m well past school age.
And i actually don`t give a monkeys arse for my spelling or grammar on this shit site.
I wouldn`t want to give up to much precious time on worrying about it on here.
Some people have learning difficulties , i don`t thankfully but you should be a little more carefull than to slag other people off less fortunate than yourself it`s very upsetting to see you don`t think before you write such crap.

Nestle of course being famous for their sickeningly aggressive marketing of baby milk in developing countries. Not only are Croydon people undesirables, but their companies are truly unpleasant also.
