thats a bit harsh. I see where the league is coming from regards the way Leicester used administration to an advantage, but shirly this will lead to clubs being virtually relegated before kicking a ball.

on current form, Oldham would have 0 pts and Notts County -4 (both in administration, right? ).

I think its a great idea. I dotn think its harsh enough though. If it is a geuine case the fa have set up an inderpendent body to look at indervidual cases. Also like the idea of parachute payments.

the other side to this is that a team would lose even more money if they go down due to lose of tv money etc so put the club in even worse trouble.
in theroy a club in di one eg derby could end up in div 3 or lower by staring on -10 points each season
