New York is on my hit list too . . . .hopefully go in the next year or two

looking at Tom Harks post, it amazes me how few British people visit their own country, the forst thing they want to do is squeeze in the cheapest seat they can and fly south so its a bit warmer

England has some fantastic places to visit, although Birmingham, Liverpool and Newcastle aint all that really !

Just done Machu Picchu - should be on everyone's list, utterly breathtaking, but didn't have time to go to Lago Titicaca, went to smelly old Arequipa instead. Mine would be:

I have done New York, Las Vegas, San Francisco all a must see.
Zefarelly has a point, I'm ashamed to say I have never been North of Oxford and never visited London's great museums or the lake district but I have done a complete lap around the world and all 5 continents.
