How soon before kick off do you have to register your prediction? and can you change your prediction any number of times?

do we have to register predictions a certain time before kick-off and is there a limit to how often we can change prediction

You can register your predictions any time up until kick off, and there is no limit to the number of times you can change them. You could change your predictons every day if you wanted to
