Make no mistake Dick Knight would not allow this club to be relegated to div 4, if there is even a sniff of relagation next season by Xmas I think it will be Dean :wave: , my guess is Knight offered a deal in Mid March was wassed off by being left to wait for 5 weeks and 4 defeats in a row and has revised the package down with a reasonably easy escape clause if Dean falls on his arse. Dean panicked a bit this week and thought I had better sign before Dick changes his mind. Dick is no fool. I wouldn't have sacked McGhee, given Wilkins the job or given Wilkins a 3 year deal but what do I know ???
