True but there's not much hope for change, I doubt most people care as long as their shares are doing well.

New Labour - putting the 'national' back into socialism.

Excuse my stupidity... what comparisons with New Labour/Blair?????

gun Control
State ownership

"The Dark Forces of Anarchy and Hatred”. Anyone who questioned Nazi high-handedness in the German press was branded a “Conservative Reactionary”. Joseph Goebbels, minister of communications, proclaimed a “New World Order”.

The dark forces of Conservatism.

Public schools rewrote history and Hitler youth groups taught the children to report their parents to their teachers for anti-Nazi remarks.

blairs lot have been asking kids to report on parents.

Unmarried women were paid large sums of money to have babies out of wedlock and then given medals for it

Gun Control - so it was legal to have a gun before 1997?
State Ownership - New Labour dropped any pretention the 'old' Labour had to nationalisation

Nazi high-handedness is a euphanisum for what?? Persecuting Jews, Bohemiams and Gypsys?? That is similar to what that Blair has done??

'Blairs lot have beenasking kids to report on their parents' - eh?? Please explain....

I am not even going to go near your last 'example'......

Yes. New labour just tightened the laws which are becoming increasingly seen as wrong. Its called the British example, Ban guns and watch gun crime rocket.

State Ownership - New Labour dropped any pretention the 'old' Labour had to nationalisation

They still managed to nationalise railtrack

Nazi high-handedness is a euphanisum for what?? Persecuting Jews, Bohemiams and Gypsys?? That is similar to what that Blair has done??

Try and read what I actually put

'Blairs lot have beenasking kids to report on their parents' - eh?? Please explain....

On "domestic violence", remember reading it a few years ago.

Ok, this interest me, I read the Article and I can see where Looney is coming from *shivers*

It is of course complete bollox, but

Substitute our World for the World of the 30's

Political Parties in Germay = States/Countries in the new global age

Jews / Gypsies = Islamics and Terrorists (!)

Gun Control = Chemical / WMD controls

Kids reporting = State Monitoring (via new communications, we don't need kids to tell them)

Killing people who don't conform to our image of responsible 'NICE' people, in the name of what is right.

BUT the difference is that

a) This IS a democracy with Freedom of speach...
b) Politicians are accountable
c) We have a free media and the WWW

I could go on and on, but Blair et al are NOT NAZIS. Just ask people who lived in Nazi Germany what the REAL NAZIS were like. Much more like being governerned by the racists and bigots in the BNP

Arrogance of a party in power I will give you, but isn't that true of many (most) countrys?? Italy and USA spring to mind.

Gun control still doesn't wash.

Domestic violence?? If you say so - I don't recall anything. Still not similat to the Nazis though.

I think Railtrack nationalisation is the killer arguement there - you have convinced me, New Labour are infact 'New Nazis'

The closing line of that article is an absolute winner as well....

'Yes, indeed, I remember the Nazis and they weren’t Republicans, or “right wing”, or “patriots” or “militias”. They were Socialist monsters.' Riiiiigggghhhhtttttt.....

I think the chap who wrote the article grew up in nazi germany.

and true none of the parties are nazis but you do contradict yourself a bit if abc is true then..."Much more like being governerned by the racists and bigots in the BNP"... is not.

Oh and your comparisons are spurious as I was concerned with individual liberties not dictator liberties ie WMD.

Oh and labour are Racists hence jacky straws English morons rant.

They just have a different bunch of "Favourites" to the BNP.

I've got to be honest Looney, I'm sure you know what you're talking about and how this paragraph illustrates your point, but your language is too piss poor to make any sense to me.

why not? Gun controll is a prerequisit for tyranny. Just ask the Irish. you may not like it hence your denial but those comparisons hold up.

how about the ban on hunting?

Anyone who thinks there is a comparison to be made between new Labour and Nazis is an ignorant fuckwit who knows shit-all about either.
