I also applied for the job when Gritt got it.

Lengthy sarcastic letter sent to Belotti, stating that as he was trying to destroy the club, my complete lack of relevant experience might be what he was looking for.

I never got a reply, they gave it to Gritt, the only decision Belotti got right. ****.
