As appealing as [MENTION=23795]Hugo Rune[/MENTION]'s selection is, I'd probably go with this. Lamptey works better in a back three/five than a four for me, and maximising him and Cucu will enhance our chances. Might put Maupay in instead of one of March or Mwepu, but I'd be optimistic with your line-up.

I reckon Lamptey won't be given a start yet and that Duffy will be selected ahead of Webster to deal with Newcastle's main threat which is Callum Wilson.

Your team doesn’t actually lose that much attacking intent compared to mine. Webster & Veltman are more than comfortable pushed up the pitch.

Thought seeing teams without Moder & Groß though.

Looking at the lowlights of them vs Chelsea on MOTD, it was just dire 11 men behind the ball for 90 minutes.

Let's hope we can break down the heavy defence and bag a couple of goals as it's been our weakness.

This post neatly encapsulates my thoughts on the game and all things Albion.
Now that we are scoring goals, we have a squad that looks like it could threaten the top six. The four mentioned benched players probably all walk into the first XI of 8 or 9 Premier League teams.

If we can win this and the next two, we really can start dreaming of a European tour.

I agree with those saying that we should anticipate a "can we break them down / will they hit us on the counter" type game.

We need width and pace to stretch them and then players in the middle with the nous to exploit the gaps which have appeared. I'm recalling MacAllister and keeping the false 9
