Sarmiento has relaxed rules for isolation as an international footballer but he won't be on the bench at Carrow Road (or needed now given return from injuries by Mwepu, Webster etc. He should be available for Man City though or more likely the 4th round of the Carabao Cup v Leicester on the 27th.

According to this the relaxation only allows him to leave quarantine once a day to train. So he'll still be expected to be holed up in whatever "bespoke facilities" are (St Georges Park? Clubs own facilities?). Surely that would also rule him out of the Man City game if he still needs to be in quarantine for 10 days.

Don't know although i'd think his chances of appearing in a PL game soon are very remote whatever his travelling arrangements.
Unlikely he'd would have made the bench for either Norwich or Man City given squad...
Carabao Cup maybe.
We have March, MacAllister, Richards, Mwepu, Moder ahead of him let alone Trossard, Gross.
