Why can I hear some Portsmouth fans singing?

Why can I hear some Portsmouth fans singing?

I'm listening on BBC Solent, and the comms say there's about a dozen of them on a palette looking over the fence......

I’m going to buck the trend here.
I lived in Pompey for 15 years after leaving the forces and made some very good friends.
I worked the door on every nightclub in the city over that 15 year period and got to know the nobs.
Yeah there’s some proper flutes about, but some likeable decent folk too. Like most places I guess.

Ever work at Joanna’s?

HMS Fratton Park will berth alongside the empty end of Oxford's ground tonight.
A load of tw@ts will pile off to ruin the area, with their songs of sailing the high seas of League 1.
Hopefully Oxford's U boat will send them to the bottom of L1 destitution, with a well directed torpedo

You mean that Rumpy Pompy can score as many goals as they like and none of them will count?

I like that.

Of course, Royal Navy school of dancing :lolol:

Indeed many a good night spent there.
I once took a civvy girlfriend there. She told me she would never ever go there again. The thing that put here off was the women fighting in the toilets as well as them pissing in the sink, added to that she wasn’t to happy with the blokes pissing against the bar whilst ordering beer. She had a shower when we got home.

God I loved it in there.

Does anyone else find Danny Gabbidon's commentary off-putting in that he sounds so much like Tom Kerridge?
