They have set the bait on the Club's website making it free for now.. It sounds like they will be doing some live matches, Most likely pay per view each game, Which I would personally jump at.

The commentary is 55 seconds behind Radio Sussex. I only ever paid for it when I didn't live in Sussex (it's not worth it if you can get the radio as it's both free and quicker).
