The problem is not for the future, it makes it unlawful for the UK government to seek a deal that puts Northern Ireland in different customs to the rest of the UK now, but the deal as I understand it, has Northern Ireland in the UK customs, but also in EU customs, depending on the circumstances, which may get around it.
Just 4 years too late.

some pedantry, "Withdrawal Agreement" is the name of whatever the EU and UK agree, the £39bn is mostly the outstanding annual payments what will be paid for membership.
what will be interesting is if there are payments attached to future relation and how they will be sold to the public.

speaking of definition, Corbyn says the deal is worse than May's. how so, and what should be done differently isnt said. one thing consistent in this saga is politicians not telling anyone what they mean, sticking to vague terms to speak to multiple groups at once.

Damn! The only tangible benefit of Brexit would be get Farage out of the public eye.

It seems that all Corbyn has done throughout this process is fudge and criticise anything proposed by the Tories. Nothing wrong in criticising the Tories but does he have a single idea on a move forward?
A few months ago he was demanding that May resign and hold an election. Now he waits! Now he wants a referendum.

Seems that BJ is lobbying EU leaders not to offer any further extensions, thereby negating the Benn Act and presenting Parliament with a binary deal/no deal choice. Which is probably the only way to stop Parliament just banging on forevermore about what they don't want. Which is just about every flavour of Brexit imaginable. Time for everyone to move on.

Are you new to this? Farage is interested in one thing only and that is Farage. If we get a deal then his reason to be ends. He can't milk the entity he proclaims to hate any longer and his shiny new party will be pointless. My guess is that he is desperate to end the run of never having been elected when only his name was the option to vote for. If a General Election doesn't have Brexit as the main issue then he can't go scoping for run down towns to stand in without being another pointless option on the ballot paper.Farage? what is happening?
