Investors with spare cash want the market to crash so they can wade in and hoover up property at rock bottom prices. First time buyers wont get a look in if this did happen as cash is king.
As one of the houses in Lewes has solar panels and set a precedent there is a marketing opportunity there. Dont bother to move up north to sell solar panels because there isn't a need for them. :thumbsup:
