You may well be right. Would have been better for the government to introduce legislation to force public transport services to restore their pre-lockdown services. That would go a considerable way to ease the congestion on trains and buses thereby reducing risk.
I'm inclined to listen to this guy; he has the qualifications to actually know what he is talking about.
