Don't knock it, if you've never tried it

I like tripe and onions, I'm a real omnivore, I will eat nearly anything,sweetbreads, heart, kidney, I've even eaten lites(lungs), but they are an acquired taste to be honest. My least favourite of all the yucky foodstuff was sheeps eye balls, don't think they will catch on here any time soon...
