Oh I don't think we should go back to those days, i just think Finn's been poor a while and needs sort himself out in a less pressured environment

England v Australia - 1st Test Trent Bridge

Bresnan and Onions know how to bowl an over. If Finn goes for a boundary on the first or second ball of an over, he seems to just disintegrate now and panic

England v Australia - 1st Test Trent Bridge

Finn's looked a bit lost this year, he's tinkering too much with his run-up and needs a spell in CC to figure out what he's doing. Bresnan in which will also strengthen the batting

Where's that really good middle order batsmen gone? Oh we've moved him up the order so we're left with Unfulfilled and Promising

England v Australia - 1st Test Trent Bridge

I think the only mistake they made was picking him in the first place. He wasn't awful, and the press were poor to him, but all you could blame the ECB for is giving him a game

England v Australia - 1st Test Trent Bridge

They played him one game, he didn't do great, they didn't select him for the next match, How is that treating him badly?

England v Australia - 1st Test Trent Bridge

It seems to run in the family. There was an article on him the other day where his dad was having a whinge about how badly his brother was treated by the English cricket.

Mine was more of a dig about the Aussies spin options. But for a part-timer he is bloody good

Swann might have a battle on his hands to be the best spinner in this series. Roots improving all the time
