I'd say your route would be the primary consideration. Driving through the downs on Sunday evening in my missus' average car was lovely, driving through Croydon in a 60s Jaguar wouldn't be as nice
Fair enough, let's forget it, I don't think i've had an argument with you before and I was probably being deliberately difficult. At least Bloom's relented on this one, it's shame the Gully Girl's fan didn't have the fight of the real ale fans
The context it was written was before you posted, nothing that was posted after can have affected your post?
I qualified my post with 'if' , I just thought you'd taken a pretty argumentative and aggressive tone considering it didn't affect you in anyway unless you've a snobbery against beer...
You said you were against someone trying to organise a boycott that would lose income for the club. What does the rest of the thread have to do with that point?
So you were against the boycott of games at the Goldstone?
I know that's an extreme example but if someone feels strongly enough about something to try and rally support that's up to them, if other's don't feel the same the boycott will have little effect. I'd say if they replace Harveys with...
I can see that but financially going to the football is getting pricey enough, and i'm not paying £4 for a shit drink i'd probably nurse cup of tea for half hour
Some would but i'd say probably only 10-20%. Personally unless it was replaced by a good ale wouldn't drink pre-match anymore and very little after the match
