Very poor show from the club - assuming all OP has said is true. But very poor show in their management regardless. You can arrange all the light shows in the world but fans are bread and butter. Disappointing.

He would be the next step in the chain of command. Just don’t see it in the club’s interest to get people in our small fan community’s backs up over this.

Barber likely has no clue as this hasn’t left the admin office. This is one of the classic cases that needs to go up the chain of command and the right decision made.

I’d argue it’s the best way. I think OP has been very harshly treated, if everything is as it seems, and I have no reason to think it isn’t.

This is why it would only possibly work if a club employee themselves “bought” the ticket. Otherwise how can they prove anything?!

I think it’s much more likely, as Bozza mentioned, that the OP posted the exact seat number in a previous post and the club cancelled it on that basis.
