Paper tickets posted by away clubs (multi-billion pound industry should be ashamed of itself) probably makes this a massive ballache……….

More awkward I guess….easy for the club to deactivate/reissue tickets under their control, but not so much paper tickets when they sometimes don’t even know when they are going to receive them from the home club. Will hopefully all be much easier when all clubs go digital - the sooner the better.

Not many ticketing emails quote the full T&C, and the essence of what’s in the email was 100% clear from the time of registering.

Nah - as above, thinkthey want returns notified by Monday so they can sell them in the T2 window. You can still advise non-attendance later if something stops you going.

When I registered I read this, so not really ridiculous when demand far outstrips supply (imo, like). If you purchase a ticket and then find yourself unable to travel, you MUST email supporter.services@brightonandhovealbion.com as early as possible. Fans who do not collect tickets or attend...

They’ve done it now so they can get most of them in before Monday (T2 opening), so we won’t know how many have been returned 👍
