This.....it's a perfect picture to sum up their relationship - contrary to the article though I'd read elsewhere that he'd basically 'pranked' her - he wasn't supposed to be stood there, and certainly not in that uniform. Either way it's a great picture

It’s no more tragic (barely read anything that suggests it is ‘tragic’ at all), but it’s far more newsworthy......and what’s your qualification to promulgate a determination on the ‘Great British Public’ exactly?

My grandmother was the same age as HRH.....she was (or said things that) what would now be termed ‘racist’ but had not a shred of genuine hatred of other races at all........different times.

This - an entire lifetime of selfless public service (that won’t ever be repeated) - including 73 years supporting her Maj as her lesser (but incredibly important) half - belittled with a few cheap shots by a ***tish few.
