Well the World Cup might be over but the international rugby keeps on coming with the culmination of what has been a quite superb test series between England and Tonga. England according to coach Shaun Wane are hell bent on a hugely impressive clean sweep. Pubs and clubs across the land will...
England were more than a shade unlucky and I know it's a different code but the England Rugby League team went a long way to making amends for their Union counterparts with a quite superb 22-18 victory over Tonga in the first of the three test series yesterday.
As for the final, I said from...
NZ have really hit their straps after a wobbly first week against France (although that fame they left plenty of points out there). I think the shock and awe of the All Blacks in full flow will be too much for a brave Ireland, although it should be one helluva game.
Unlucky for the Irish their superb performance is a daunting fixture against the mighty All Blacks. Should be one hell of a game but can only see one winner (and want to see one winner too who play rugby the right way). I can see England getting beaten.
Another astonishing attacking display last night from the mighty All Blacks. Nobody in the group stage has got close to the shock and awe of them going through the gears, they have certainly been the most entertaining. Some intriguing battles this weekend as the QF line up is completed.
I'd say it's akin to Brazil winning the football world cup. They are the people's team and the entertainers, most people root for Brazil at the FWC and the commentators absolutely love them.

What have I just seen?!
Performance of this or indeed any other RUWC from the All Black's. I think that cements their place again as the team to beat, absolutely breathtaking.
I saw a few grumbles on social media from a tiny minority as to why all of the All Blacks games are on...
Captain fantastic Owen Farrell back next week so England should now be good for the QF's you would feel which going into the tournament looked like a triumph in itself.
Really not sure what happened in that 2nd half, the yellow card completely swung the momentum of the game and the All Blacks couldn't wrestle it back. Up until then they were the better side and scored two superbly worked tries which were a joy to watch. Seemed to run out of gas in the last...
