22 out of 24 did in 12/13 and again in 13/14 including the Albion.
And assuming "funding signings" means funding fee+wages over lifetime of contract.

No need to ask God. Just look at the accounts. The money goes into keeping the losses at the club down to £10m per year.
Losses that Bloom coughs up for and continues to cough up for.
And why do we keep making a loss ? Perhaps its related to the £21m+ we spend a year on wages for (mostly)...
