Id need the full story from both sides to make that decision. Its a credit agreement and if theyve chosen to cancel without notifying the club then its a breach of the contract. If the club have changed the t and c then I would perhaps see it differently but as the t and c stated upgrades were...
Funny. I dont read many slagging off the op. What I have seen in the last hour is a page of posts from the op slagging off others who have contributed to the discussion
We have a similar situation to that in that we have disabled and companion tickets. One lights up green the other orange. If I go.through on the disabled.persons.ticket. The steward glances over to check the disabled person is.present
Ive been wondering precisely this. Evidently the club have identified a problem and im sure it is to the detriment of some innocent people that the limit is imposed.
And why is it not relevant that other clubs dont allow it. Is it because its information.that doesnt suit your argument. I think its very relevant when.having a go at the club to point out that even with the clampdown the allowed upgrades remains generous and far more than the club need to offer
You never used to be able to upgrade. 6 remains generous. The majority of clubs continue to issue non transferable tickets. The others that allow transfers allow less. Maybe rather than be generous the club should just revert to non transferable tickets
I dont think it was done on the sly as such. I suspect there was a limit in place which wasnt enforced. A decision was made as the situation was being abused to a degree to enforce the limit
Until the threads this season id hardly been aware upgrades were possible. I had just assumed that like many other tickets season tickets were non transferable
