Well this is certainly welcome and significant and some admission by the U.S., if rather too late imo.
I've still not heard of any similar action from the UK government or pressure from opposition front bench to revoke UK arms licences to Israel? Similarly other European nations, it would...
😂 ....Well it is (or was) Starmer who's the Human Rights lawyer.
Anyways, I'll leave you to it 👍 I really don't think there's much chance of me getting Starmer to admit to anything 😂
OK, I may continue to "bash" Starmer then. 😉 More wanting him to be held to account on his position and hypocrisy I would say.
Whilst I'd agree media coverage is not always unbiased or complimentary, I'd neither say it were "widespread" of many huge demonstrations. As already discussed on this...
I'm trying to understand your point in bold. How do you propose to do this, with some kind of "opposition" party?
I agree quite rightly that many people have been wanting that for months as well as other possible sanctions.
When you see the daily videos and photos of horrific injuries and multiple amputations to Gazan children, leading to a life of suffering with limited medical aid, it can almost make you think this poor girl was one of the lucky ones. May she rest peacefully.

I think I've probably spent too much time on it btw!
Personally I think there's been so much apathy, wilful ignorence, sitting on the fence and in our own democracy visions of Starmer as Saviour for several long months that I find it refreshing that another generation may not feel the same.

Very large numbers on the peaceful march through central Brighton yesterday.
Just as with cental London (where numbers reach a cautious estimate of 300,000) these demonstrations are given very little exposure by the mainstream media and shed in negative light. An obvious mandate to downplay by...
No, I did hear excerpts of submissions from SA on Thursday.. though not via the BBC.
The objection being made by some was that this first day was not broadcast live (even by stream) by the BBC whereas Israels defense on Friday was, which wasn't seen as impartial.
Since led to believe this is...
