Not entirely correct - private schools are exempt and often only have their reception years checked as they get some state funding for that year. Private schools can also employ people as teachers even if they have no teaching qualifications.

Having an anti-fascist movement is indeed good. When they resort to violence and covering their faces like UAF and Smash EDO they become no better than any other violent thug.

As a resident I'm happy to tolerate peaceful demos / marches regardless of the group carrying them out. I'm not tolerant of those that just want violent confrontation - MfE, UAF, EDL and Smash EDO for example.
