300+ tickets went within 5 minutes of the window opening.
Presumably this was because Tier1 were able to load the tickets up for a wide range of friends.
Why isn't it working?
Because only fans who have been going home and away for more than, lets say 8 seasons, qualify for the rarest tickets.
And if they keep going home and away, then they will continue to be the only ones that do?

An established Season ticket holder Who had done most of the london away games + the semi and home cup games, from last season, would have qualified at Tier 2 for the Palace game.

Club policy is that every option discriminates on some fans - Tony's algorithm is used for loyalty points, and he knows what he's doing.
Which is fair enough.
Tier 2 always becomes a mad scramble for games like Palace, where there are under 3k available.
In my view Tier 2 was too wide this time (63 loyalty pts) Whereas Tier 3 is 22pts.
