Excellent, well done. Indeed, I don't think these runners realise the effort we have to put in. I got off the train at 8.00, and didn't sit down until 15:15. Thank you for running for Whoopsadaisy! That would be good.

What was your time Baz? Sorry we couldn't stay, had the kids there and it was a long day (and fair trek home) so left around 3.

:( Very sad. A couple of people collapsed with just a hundred metres to go, but fortunately that was just their legs. Runners would try and pick them up and they'd fall straight back down - completely shattered.

Knackered. That was hard work. You're welcome. Every year I say never again, but then I go and agree to cheer the runners on.
