So what was this thread primarily all about then? You tell me  Was it a chance for NSC posters to reminisce about their worst Albion striker? Or a blatant plug - a la Timmy - for your local paper column? I think we both know the answer.
Fair enough. I'll do that when you desist from starting an NSC thread on one subject while posting a self-serving link to an only-vaguely-related other subject. Deal?
Sorry but you're going for the same cheap clickbait option that our illiterate Timmy goes for, piggybacking on the huge numbers of NSC users, counting on us all clicking the link. Not impressed. You should be paying Bozza and/or REMF for the plug. Your tatty local rag editor daresay thinks...
Was responding to the thread title, rather than the article. Tho the article is plenty sloppy filler, has to be said, with Leon Knight just bunged in as an afterthought. C- for the article.
Complex character. In no way does that qualify him for inclusion in 'worst Albion striker' list. Don't recall many complaining about his attitude at the Millenium Stadium.
Tho in CMcP's defence, seem to recall him falling over in the box loads, usually over his own McPheet, so that Leon Knight could convert the subsequent penalty.
Chris Holroyd was shocking. Used to run around pointing at the ground while being roundly ignored by his team-mates. Tho not as bad as Diving Daniel Webb. Signing him must have been some kind of side-bet between old footballing lags. Oh, and Phil Stant. What was THAT all about?
Article blew it by randomly including Leon Knight in the 'worst' paragraph at the end.
Leon Knight
He's alright
And was a bloody good fox in the box, when allowed to play there.
