Watch the video of McCarthy just a little earlier in this thread (post538). It was 4 or 5 hours earlier on that day. Why would cleaners access a changing room on a match day? Maybe if the driver and kit man had been honest and said there had been an accident, Brighton could have called cleaners...

The accident happened 4 or 5 hours earlier when the kit was being laid out. Driving the team later in the evening was not relevant to the mess. Someone else on this thread has already pointed out that the diversion was going up one exit on the A27, so that it would be easier to go up the slip...

How do you know what Holloway knew and when? MCarthy has admitted the players knew who it was, so why didn't Holloway?
