As has been stated here, the fans banned are the fans removed from the stadium by Ajax stewards and handed over to Albion stewards and Balkham.

I'd imagine we all put it down to drunken exuberance and 'tw@ts gonna tw@t', until the club said 'you don't have to put up with anti social behaviour, just because you're at a football match'.
