No, there is a difference between the amount of rep you have been given and the amount you can give out, I think. Everyone started on the same level in terms of their reputation, but the power you have to give others reputation varies depending on how long you've been a poster, how many posts...
I'm sure I saw it once on my profile a few days ago, but I haven't seen it since and can't find out where I saw it in the first place. I think it might have been when I got a notification and clicked on it, not sure though.
EDIT: North Stand Chat
As Sergei's celebration describes.
I'm sure I saw it on my profile the other day, but can't find it now. I think when I got a new notification and clicked there, it came up underneath, but not sure how to get there now. Maybe it's been removed again.
Yours is red because one/some of your posts have been repped negatively more than positively. Bozza made up the rating names as a bit of a joke, hence the 'JCL', 'Goes to see Palace' etc. As far as I can tell, you can only click on your individual posts to see if they have been repped, and how...
Yeah, that would possibly make things easier. Though not sure if displaying who gave the rep is a good idea or not. Maybe it's ok on BBS, but on NSC it could cause mayhem... the binfests would be entertaining though!
You can see the message if you click on the star underneath the post that has been repped. I don't know how you find out which posts have been repped though, just guesswork?
Can one poster add to the rep of another poster only once, or once per post? As we could see people negging every post that someone else makes just to bring them down further.
