We still seem to be linked with him. Smells like bullshit though. Norwich look far more likely to get him.

Yes that's true. I have tried not to stick my oar in where it has nothing to do with me (the Gus threads for example), as clearly many fans don't want/enjoy banter with others, and the last thing you need when trying to debate a serious issue with your own fans is an away fan stirring up shit.
I don't think he'll go for more than £4m plus add ons, but it won't be to us. So after you've paid Gus his £2.5m you'll still have enough to find a replacement for Bruno.
He is rubbish :D
Brighon fans have far more freedom to start threads and say what they want on the BBS then Palace fans do here. Even after you won 3-0. On here Palace fans had to post in a single thread or get banned.
This is true. We paid Dobbie half of the worlds entire supply of cheese that we gave to Murray for joining.
It was supposed to be a secret, but Footsoldier is sleeping with their agent's sister's roommate's cat, so you can trust him. He's ITK.
I was playing football in Atlantis with Dobbie last week against a team of Yetis, and he told me we paid £7.4trillion, and he's on £2billion a second.

We won't mind, but Barber and Bloom are businessmen, and by all accounts have a decent relationship with our owners.
From everything our owners have said, they get on very well with Bloom. Sure both sides would always try to get the best deal, but I don't think there's any problem with CPFC and BHAFC doing business.
The real barrier is that someone else will be willing to pay more than us :)
There are, in all seriousness, plenty of options that dont involve raising the height of the AW, including sinking the pitch, moving the pitch back, and my personal favourite for inventiveness, rotating it.
Each has it's own issues of course, but none that are insurmountable.
For the record, I have no doubt that playing at a stadium as atrocious as the Withdean would have put a serious dent in our support. Likewise being exiled to Gillingham. I enjoy a bit of banter, but I have nothing but respect for fans such as you who stuck with your team through those days.
I...
