  1. Psalm 56:5

We still seem to be linked with him. Smells like bullshit though. Norwich look far more likely to get him. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/football/4158639/Football-Confidential-Latest-news-in-brief-from-across-English-football.html

It's a tough one, but on Palace I reckon Wayne Bridge's lapse of concentration as that cross came in was worst.
  3. Psalm 56:5

I'd be pretty shocked myself if he ended up with us
  4. Psalm 56:5

Sadly, contracts don't count for much these days. If someone wants to go, they will. A long contract just helps you get a higher fee.

Touché :) Though I happen to think Ward will make the step up. The boy is class.
  6. Psalm 56:5

    Bridcutt

Yes that's true. I have tried not to stick my oar in where it has nothing to do with me (the Gus threads for example), as clearly many fans don't want/enjoy banter with others, and the last thing you need when trying to debate a serious issue with your own fans is an away fan stirring up shit.
  7. Psalm 56:5

I don't think he'll go for more than £4m plus add ons, but it won't be to us. So after you've paid Gus his £2.5m you'll still have enough to find a replacement for Bruno. He is rubbish :D
  8. Psalm 56:5

Brighon fans have far more freedom to start threads and say what they want on the BBS then Palace fans do here. Even after you won 3-0. On here Palace fans had to post in a single thread or get banned.
  9. Psalm 56:5

This is true. We paid Dobbie half of the worlds entire supply of cheese that we gave to Murray for joining. It was supposed to be a secret, but Footsoldier is sleeping with their agent's sister's roommate's cat, so you can trust him. He's ITK.
  10. Psalm 56:5

I was playing football in Atlantis with Dobbie last week against a team of Yetis, and he told me we paid £7.4trillion, and he's on £2billion a second. Almost as much as we're paying Murray.

He was officially a Brighton player when he ran on the pitch celebrating at Wembley :)

Try giving the other one a pull Phallus. I believe it's got bells on it :D
  13. Psalm 56:5

You need to cut costs due to FFP. If, for arguments sake, we offered the most I don't doubt you'd sell to us. We won't mind, but Barber and Bloom are businessmen, and by all accounts have a decent relationship with our owners.
  14. Psalm 56:5

    Still hurting eh Phallus? :D
  15. Psalm 56:5

    Bridcutt

OK, but I don't think you are. And neither are we.
  16. Psalm 56:5

    Bridcutt

From everything our owners have said, they get on very well with Bloom. Sure both sides would always try to get the best deal, but I don't think there's any problem with CPFC and BHAFC doing business. The real barrier is that someone else will be willing to pay more than us :)

Groundshare at the Amex. I hear it's got great transport links
  18. Psalm 56:5

    Bridcutt

I guess it's a good thing that we don't need to go higher to redevelop then :)
  19. Psalm 56:5

    Bridcutt

There are, in all seriousness, plenty of options that dont involve raising the height of the AW, including sinking the pitch, moving the pitch back, and my personal favourite for inventiveness, rotating it. Each has it's own issues of course, but none that are insurmountable.
  20. Psalm 56:5

    Bridcutt

For the record, I have no doubt that playing at a stadium as atrocious as the Withdean would have put a serious dent in our support. Likewise being exiled to Gillingham. I enjoy a bit of banter, but I have nothing but respect for fans such as you who stuck with your team through those days. I...
