The thing is, if you’re there, which I will be, it’s good news that the headliners are not to my taste.

I have a different position at Glastonbury: I am a driver for the West Holts Stage. Basically, that involves collecting bands and their entourages from the gates and driving them through the site to West Holts, as well as escorting articulated lorries with all their equipment etc.

It may or may not have been better ten years ago.
In my opinion there is still nothing quite like it. It's my favourite week of the year and remains incredibly special to me.
I imagine a fair few have been crouched over their keyboards this morning as the ticket lottery for next year went online at 9am.
I am in the lucky, stress free position of having a perennial job there, so no worries here (he said, smugly).
