100% this, if I knew they wanted me out and I was on holiday knowing I on full pay until proven guilty...they can wait for me !!

The second meeting unless I am wrong, he will not be in a position to delay further unless he has issues with his legal team, I may be wrong here

Just read LMA response and this to me sounds very credible, the only valid reason I think he would delay is incorrect notice to organise legal team OR he has not received the investigation findings in a timely manner to set up a defence of the allegations being made

If an investigation has been completed, my assumption is his legal team had not received a copy of the allegations and findings of the investigation, they surely need that to be able to defend Poyet and the allegations being made? Potentially turning into a shambles :down:
