‘I’d try get out more personally but there you go, whatever floats your boat - try a career in politics or something pal.’
is what you said.
Yeah, I reckon that’s aggressive and if it isn’t I would hate to meet you on a bad day.
Anyway, you won’t read this because you have left the thread.
It interests me because I buy football tickets and am aware of and agree with the direction of travel from paper to digital. The fee we are discussing is one charged by the football club I support and is designed to incentivise that process. I have expressed my view on NSC because it is a forum...
I think that’s a bit unfair. We can all express an opinion on the direction of travel of the club. There will be technological things the current elderly generation do that their parents wouldn’t have countenanced. The world only stops if you get off.
I’m not sure what you are getting at. We aren’t talking about me. I have a smart phone so of course I connect it to Wi-Fi. The conversation is about people without smart phones isn’t it ?
Yes, I’ve had various smart phones for around a decade. I have been uploading tickets on my phone ever since that became an option. I just didn’t know old phones (that I don’t use) could also access Wi-Fi.
Of people without mobile phones. That poor downtrodden and persecuted bunch. I’m very much looking forward to your future equality, diversity and inclusion threads.
I prefer it tbh. I would much rather order on my phone at a time of my choosing than wait for someone to notice we are ready to order. It also speeds up the arrival of the drinks. Particularly useful in busy pubs and food courts in the city.
How many threads do you start on equality, diversity and inclusion ? Hiding behind that is a bit disingenuous imo. We are talking about buying a bloody mobile phone or a 20 quid plastic card.
I don’t think it’s anything to do with tolerance. It’s when people think their particular life choice must be catered for by the club that people question.
