I added a new post rather than editing the existing one as I thought you'd be mid-reply. I really just want to know if Paul Barber is involved in the setting of player budgets both ways. Should be reasonably simple to find out no?

To add to the post above my real contention is this. If Paul Barber doesn't decide to sell a player who does? Then, following a good bit of business out (and Ulloa was, I'd have sold him for that) who adjusts the budget for players in?

That reads suspiciously like "he gets involved to ensure we get a can't-say-no deal when we sell our good players but he's in no way involved in our decline on the pitch." But what do I know?

How many people on here get a programme when they go away? I would genuinely love to know how many other CEOs in this division have a column in every programme. Bet it's not many.

Also why is it that there is never a page numbered look up on the contents page for Paul Barbers' notes? Are they important enough to merit a thread on here every 2 weeks but not important enough to be indexed in the programme itself? If the later why bother writing them at all?

Sadly my programme is wetter and more stuck together than my old copies of Razzle. Which interestingly were also a load of old w**k.
