What's wrong with that?
There's only two of us and we always buy a massive turkey. After a few days, we strip the carcass and freeze the meat in two-portion bags, ready for a quick curry any time during the next year. Simple, cheap and sensible in any scenario.
That's how I understand it (I have no medical knowledge). It makes no sense for a virus to kill all its hosts, so it evolves to spread faster but kill fewer. Anyway, that's the straw of good news I'm clutching at, though it doesn't change anything re Xmas.
