He started as the central striker I think against Derby. I've checked his soccerbase and the last game he started on the left and we won was Ipswich on New Year's Day. We've managed 7 wins this season when he's started on the left.

Win today though and I think we will finish 4th. Hopefully Painter will be alright. He just managed to cost Bournemouth about five goals in 135 minutes of football during his loan spell.

Better to get it wrapped up as soon as possible and we have to aim to finish 4th so I'd prefer to have Calderon at left back.

Huddersfield were shocking that day and MOM is generous but you are right that Painter did alright earlier in the season. He was a disaster in his loan spell at Bournemouth though, which worries me when we are having to rely on him in an important match.

Barnes is good upfront but having him on the left messes up the whole balance of the team so I'm disappointed with that.
