Albion's £8m pa loss [Wake up call tomorrow for the minority of moaners.]

What part of both Tony Bloom saying the loan is not repayable until 2023 at earliest and is likely to be converted into equity do you not understand? Furthermore, I agree that you don't need a financial degree to understand how a loan works, but you are either spectacularly thick or just trolling.

Set up costs with the move to Falmer, transport subsidy and profligacy on the non playing budget.

Can you tell me the extent of your financial credentials and qualifications? You appear to be unable to read what Tony Bloom has said in the past and has been quoted extensively ever since.

Nothing to pay back on the stadium BR, it's a present from Uncle Tony.

Until I see the accounts in detail probably best to say too much. However one thought I had last night is that depreciation on the Amex is likely to be high. If for example the total cost of the stadium in the accounts works out as £100 million, and is being depreciated over 25 years, then the...

How many more times must you spout this clueless bollocks. LOAN REPAYMENTS DO NOT AFFECT PROFITS AND WILL NOT ARISE FOR A MINIMUM OF TEN YEARS ANYWAY. Do you have a GCSE in Thickology?

Not at the end of his contract. His fee is effectively split into four quarters and one of these is transferred from the balance sheet to the profit and loss account each year.

I don't think so. There were a lot of one off costs incurred when moving from Withdean to The Amex which by definition will not be repeated, however my understanding is that there was poor overall cost control on the NON-PLAYING budget, which led to the appointment of some of TB's right hand men...

You are extremely financially illiterate. A) The loan is not rescheduled to be repaid until 2020 at the earliest, and irrespective of that B) Loan repayments are balance sheet items and therefore not offset against profits anyway.

They have owners who subsidise them, just like us.

That was based on 2001 prices, a fairly shitty stadium, and no £2.5 million signings. What we have is a stadium at 2011 prices, and it is GORGEOUS and a player with even nicer hair. I said before the start of the season that the numbers would be grim, and I stand by that.

There's a world of difference between those who have concerns over pricing, which is a legitimate grievance, and those who bitch every time we don't win.
