It's my guilty food pleasure - ham and pineapple. I get reflux in the night sometimes which is horrible. With that meal I very rarely get it and that's certainly worth the effort. An iron deficiency hence the spinach.

Pizza, cabbage, spinach and carrots. The same as any other night. Healthy but boring.
